(Photo by Chanat Katanyu)Police had been warned about a hospital bomb a few days before the blast at Phramongkutklao but were looking at other facilities. Deputy national police chief Srivara Ransibrahmanakul said on Tuesday the letter had been sent to a hospital, which he did not name, three days earlier. According to Pol Gen Srivara, the bomb was equipped with a timer IC and was timed 2-4 hours before the explosion. The hospital bomb, however, also had nails.
